All membership subscription plans including Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime Access are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. You may submit cancellation to stop future recurring billing at any time, yet no prorated partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of your active subscription term.
Membership does not enable automatic recurring renewal. A reminder email will be sent to your registered inbox prior to membership expiration to notify you of renewal options.
Each paid makeup restoration is priced at $2.00 per entry, with a maximum limit of 3 paid makeups per single phase. All makeup transaction payments are final and non-refundable immediately after order processing.

Every application will be reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis; final refund approval is entirely at the official team's sole discretion with no obligation to issue reimbursement.
Initiating a bank or PayPal chargeback dispute without first opening a support ticket to resolve the issue will trigger immediate temporary suspension of your Quit531 account. We strongly recommend contacting our support team to troubleshoot and resolve any concerns before filing formal payment disputes.
