Welcome to Quit531. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Quit531, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Quit531. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Accounts are for exclusive personal non-commercial individual use only; account sharing, resale or transfer is strictly forbidden.
• You bear full responsibility for all actions and operations performed under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms without prior refund.

4. Payment and Fees

• All listed service prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).
• All membership subscription payments are final and non-refundable upon successful order confirmation. No partial or full refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
• We reserve the right to adjust public pricing with prior website notice; active ongoing subscriptions will not have their billing price modified within the current billing cycle.
• Paid phase makeup restorations are one-time per-transaction charges and are also non-refundable once processed.

5. Challenge & Phase Official Rules

• The 5-3-1 program must be completed strictly in sequential order: Phase 1 → Phase 2 → Phase 3; no phase skipping or direct unlock is permitted.
• Daily mandatory check-ins are required to maintain streak progress. A 24-hour grace window opens automatically after a missed check-in.
• Each phase includes a fixed quota of free grace makeup allowances: Phase 1: 1 free, Phase 2: 2 free, Phase 3: 3 free.
• Once all free quota is exhausted, additional missed days may be restored via paid makeup at $2 per entry, with a hard cap of maximum 3 paid makeups per single phase.
• If you exceed the permitted missed day limit within a phase, the current phase progress will be marked as failed, with no subscription refunds issued.

6. Community Guidelines

• All community posts and interactions must remain respectful, constructive and supportive toward other platform members.
• Harassment, discriminatory hate speech, vulgar or inappropriate adult content is prohibited.
• Unauthorized bulk spam, external commercial advertising, affiliate promotion without official platform approval are not allowed.
• Any violation may result in post removal, temporary comment restriction or permanent account suspension depending on severity.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content within Quit531 including articles, graphic assets, brand logos, framework logic and proprietary program text is the exclusive intellectual property of Quit531, protected by international copyright law. No reproduction, copying, public distribution, commercial reposting or derivative creation is permitted without explicit written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quit531 only provides behavioral habit guidance and smoking cessation auxiliary educational content. The platform does not offer medical diagnosis, clinical treatment or guaranteed smoking cessation outcomes. All materials cannot replace formal consultation, diagnosis or treatment from licensed medical healthcare providers. Quit531 shall not be held legally liable for any physical health conditions, mental outcomes or personal losses arising from your voluntary use of this service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically to match service iteration and legal compliance requirements. Material major revisions will be announced via on-site notice or account notification email. Your continued use of the website and services after effective revision date constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
