1. Digital Product Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window for digital purchases, provided the file has not been downloaded.

• You have not downloaded the purchased file. If the download link has not been accessed, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is considered final due to the nature of digital products.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@quit531.com with:

• Your order email address
• The purchase date
• A brief reason for the refund request (optional, helps us improve)

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal.

3. Exceptions

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your purchase (e.g., download link expired, email not received), contact us before requesting a refund. We will resolve the issue by re-sending the file or extending your download window.

4. Free Products

The free book preview (first chapters) and all web-based tools are provided at no cost and are not subject to this refund policy.
